Chicken roast masala:
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 kg (1 lb)
Oil - as needed
Onions - 3
Whole garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 2tablespoon
Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoon
Cashew paste - 2 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Cilantro - for garnish
Cream - for garnish
Procedure:
- Fry the chicken in oil and keep aside.
- Heat littleoil in another pan, add the whole garam masala, onions and fry well. Next add the tomatoes.
- Now add everything except chicken and cashew (kaju) paste. Cook it nicely and let it start leaving oil.
- Then add little amount of water, chicken and kaju (cashew) paste. Cook well.
- Garnish with cream and fresh coriander leaves. (This is a dry dish, goes well with naan/roti.)
