Chicken roast masala:

Ingredients:

Chicken - 1/2 kg (1 lb)

Oil - as needed

Onions - 3

Whole garam masala - 1 tablespoon

Ginger paste - 2tablespoon

Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon

Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon

Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon

Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoon

Cashew paste - 2 tablespoon

Salt - to taste

Cilantro - for garnish

Cream - for garnish

Procedure:

1. Fry the chicken in oil and keep aside.
2. Heat littleoil in another pan, add the whole garam masala, onions and fry well. Next add the tomatoes.
3. Now add everything except chicken and cashew (kaju) paste. Cook it nicely and let it start leaving oil.
4. Then add little amount of water, chicken and kaju (cashew) paste. Cook well.
5. Garnish with cream and fresh coriander leaves. (This is a dry dish, goes well with naan/roti.)

Grilled Huli Huli Chicken:

Marinating (soak) Grill: 15 min.

Makes:

12 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup packed brown sugar

3/4 cup ketchup

3/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

1/3 cup sherry or chicken broth (water in which chicken have been boiled)

2-1/2 teaspoons of minced fresh ginger root (small pieces)

1-1/2 teaspoons of minced garlic

24 boneless skinless chicken thighs  (2 kg 250 grams)

Procedure:

1. In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients. 1-1/3 cups for basting, cover and refrigerate. Divide remaining marinade between two large resealable plastic bags. Add 12 chicken thighs to each seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
2. Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil, using long handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack.
3. Grill chicken, covered over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink baste occasionally with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes. Yeild: 12servings. 

You can do it for 6 servings also by dividing all the ingredients into half.

generally it's always good to present the information on your resume in order:

2. Opening statement
3. List of key skills
4. List of technical/software skills
5. Personal attributes/career overview
6. Educational qualifications
7. Work history volunteering/work placements
8. References/referees

Not everything in this list must appear on your resume every time, and the order can change from application to application.

The most important thing is to get the most useful information across first. For example, if your education history is not specifically related to the job put it towards the end of your resume, behind
the information that is related to the job.
